Super Easy Chocolate Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Recently the members of Kids-Can-Change-The-World decided to give a little back to their community.  For fun they got together to make a yummy treat and then via facebook offered to drop off samplings of their treats off to who ever wanted them.  This was a very easy recipe that got amazing reviews.  Enjoy

Double Chocolate Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients

30 strawberries washed and hulled

1 cup of whipping cream

1 8oz package of cream cheese

1sp vanilla

1/4 cup of icing sugar1 package of Instant Chocolate Mouse dessert mix OR another 8 oz package of cream cheese.Wash and hull approximately 30 strawberriesWhip up one cup of whipping cream up till soft peaks form, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth (you may have to stop the mixer and scrape down the sides a few times with a spatula).  Fill an icing bag up with the yummy chocolate cheesecake mixture and squirt into the tops of the hulled strawberries.

Wash and pat dry 30 Strawberries

Add instant Chocolate Mousse to the whipping cream and cream cheese
Add instant Chocolate Mousse to the whipping cream and cream cheese-or if you like an extra cheesy taste, skip the mousse and add another package of cream cheese and cocoa powder to taste-the instant mousse makes the strawberry stuffing hold it’s shape better
Final touch is dipping them in chocolate and coconut
